Eligibility:

Win a Decorating Den® 40 and Fabulous Dream Bedroom Makeover

Sweepstakes

(the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48)

contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21)

years of age at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and

possessions, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Employees, shareholders, directors, officers, affiliates and franchise owners of

Decorating Den Systems, Inc. as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents,

siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible.

Prize is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void

where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to

these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters

related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements

set forth herein. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all

applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

Timing

: The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2009 and ends October 26, 2009

(“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on

October 26, 2009.

There are two methods of entry. You must answer all survey

questions in order to submit a valid entry.

and follow all online instructions to complete and

submit the online Entry Form in its entirety. Online entries must be received by 11:59

PM (ET) on October 26, 2009. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online,

including but not limited to Sponsors’ privacy policies.
